Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Area: 80 sqm
Project Year: 2015
Our client is a man who decided to move to Prague to further his work as photographer. He found a small flat in front of the Moldava river and want to make it comfy, informal, fashionable and stylish at the same time.
The existing partition let us work on two completely different rooms, despite they are connected each other. In the living room we used bright colors to enhance the light coming through the big window such as tables and chairs by Cappellini, together with the Poltrona Frau armchair, with its recurring yellow. In juxtaposition with it we have some classic pieces of furniture as the Chester sofa and armchair by Cassina. The bookshelf by Porro and the stools by Poltrona Frau complete the picture.
Upstairs the bedroom feautures softer colors and includes bed and dresser by Cassina. The butterfly mirrors by Riflessi confer a fresh touch to the room. All the lamps and illumination system in the house are from the Flos collection and ihnclude some of the most iconical pieces of italian design.
